• Specific feedback following an interview within a realistic timeframe, usually 24 hours
• Discuss any received offer; negotiate when necessary, until we say ‘Congratulations’!
• A follow-up meeting to establish how you’re settling into your new job
• Regular contact with you – availability both during and out of hours
