EGRecruiting is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator, to join a highly regarded and well-established IFA firm in North Tyneside. This is a regional office of a national business, where employees are truly valued, supported and rewarded.

Within the role, you will be required to provide a quality administration and support service to high net worth clients, allowing the Advisers to focus on client relationships.

Responsibilities will include:-
·        Prepare information packs prior to client meetings
·        Obtain information from providers and prepare client valuations
·        Input all client information into the back-office system
·        Record all tasks within agreed timeframe and ensure that the client history is up to date
·        Collate all documentation and ensure that the New Business pack is complete prior to submitting applications to providers
·        Obtain regular updates from the providers
·        Input any electronic applications forms as required
·        Upload documentation into the back-office system and scan other documents as required
·        Liaise with product providers and the commission department to resolve queries
·        Liaise with Advisers and Paraplanners, to ensure client expectations are met
·        Provide regular updates to the Adviser and clients
·        Be the main point of contact for client administration queries
·        Deal with client and provider correspondence
·        Ensure that the client file is compliant
·        Familiarise yourself with client circumstances, objectives and timescales
·        Be responsible for scanning and archiving client files
·        Identify any improvements that can be made
·        Participate in appropriate company and departmental training, competence and development initiatives

R01/other desirable, not essential

 

·        Accomplished administrator with extensive experience gained within an IFA firm
·        Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
·        Excellent telephone manner and ability to deliver exceptional client-centric service
·        Superb attention to detail and able to deliver a high standard of work
·        Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
·        Organised and able to manage workflows to timescales
·        Enthusiastic, energetic and a team player
·        Uphold strong values – honesty, integrity and able to maintain confidentiality
·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
·        Intelliflo (IO) experience would be desirable
