Our Client is a busy and highly respected, IFA practice and due to expansion they are recruiting for an IFA Administrator / Paraplanner (Report Writer), to support a Financial Adviser. Located in County Durham, they have a great team culture and can offer progression and the option, if desired, to Trainee Adviser.

Responsibilities will include:-
·       Updating and maintaining client records on CRM system ensuring continued accuracy of data
·       Dealing with client servicing and policy enquiries
·       Preparing client reviews and completing review reports
·       Preparing documents for client meetings – e.g. Letters of Authority
·       New Business Processing (Investments and Pensions)
·       Preparing recommendation reports
·       Ad-hoc office duties

DipPFS is not essential however, part qualified candidates would be preferred

·        Must have worked within an IFA environment
·        Have administration and report writing skills
·        IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
·        Ideally have experience of Intelligent Office
·        Strong organisational and administrative skills
·        Ability to prioritise while maintaining deadlines
·        Effective communication skills
·        Demonstration of initiative
·        Knowledge of research software including Defaqto, SelectaPension, The Exchange and Assureweb, would be advantageous
