A high profile, UK business (an Employer of Choice), has several permanent opportunities for Homebased Business Quality Assessors, to conduct mortgage and protection file checks, on either a full-time or, part-time basis.
Your role will be to monitor advice given by Advisers, identifying risk to the Company, training requirements and possible fraudulent activity. You’ll contact Advisers primarily by phone, to clarify the information provided and challenge, where necessary.
Candidates who have achieved CeMAP and are keen to secure their first opportunity, or Advisers looking for a new challenge, are invited to apply.
Candidates must hold CeMAP (or equivalent) as a minimum. Your communication skills must be clear and you must be able to build effective relationships, quickly and easily. This is a superb opportunity to use your Financial Services knowledge, in a challenging role, for a well-respected business.
