Our Client, a highly successful Wealth Management business, has an immediate requirement for an Administrative Assistant, to work from new offices on the outskirts of Sunderland.

Responsibilities will include:-
·       Answer telephone in a timely and efficient manner
·       Deal with queries from telephone where possible and follow up
·       Open post
·       Prepare all meeting packs
·       Frank post everyday (before 4)
·       Make tea and coffee
·       Prepare files for meetings
·       Preparation of folders/letters for Seminars/events
·       Diaries once a year
·       Investors twice a year
·       Ordering and keeping stock of stationary both internal and external
·       Update systems following review meetings and prepare review letters

  • Educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, including BTEC, NVQ level 3, advanced apprenticeship
  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s, Grade C/4 or above, to include English and Maths
  • Business Administration Level 3 is preferable but training will be provided to achieve this

  • Excellent verbal and written skills, in particular a good telephone manner
  • Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Manages time effectively and ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and organise own workload, using own initiative where appropriate
