As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking to appoint 2 additional Administration Assistants to join the team.
Responsibilities will include:-
– Liaising with clients and Advisers
– Dealing with correspondence
– Updating the database
– Processing new business
– Adhere to policies and frameworks
Minimum GCSE English and Maths at C or above
– Must have good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
– Possess competent keyboard skills
– Typing and dictation abilities advantageous
– Team player
– Excel in delivering excellent customer service
– Friendly, respectful and loyal
– Must have career aspirations
– Full training will be provided
