Our Client, a large Financial Services business, has an immediate requirement for 2 Administrators, to work within the Account Maintenance team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. The role will be office based initially (west of Newcastle) and has the option of hybrid working, after an initial training period.
Responsibilities will include:
· Responding to queries, mainly via email, some telephone
· Organising tasks in emails and updating information, on system and FCA register
· Adhering to SLA’s for turnaround of queries
5 x GCSE’s or equivalent, preferred
